The smaller villa offers 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and TV. Each villa offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside there is a big enclosed garden featuring a big private pool. Taking a refreshing bath in the swimming or prepare a delicious meal at the barbecue. Villa Zita has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday. There are plenty of extra amenities at Villa Zita. Guests are welcome to use the spacious sauna (it fits 10), a mini wine cellar and an original wood-oven for making bread or pizza. The pool has a built-in foot, back, and whole-body massage.
Charming detail: The Villa is situated in a small village just 17 km from the nearest beach and 24 km from the pearl of the eastern Istrian coast - Rabac. Many other attractions, like the beautiful Sopot waterfall - are just a bike ride away.
