Villa Mendula enjoys beautiful green settings with large swimming pool and great outdoor areas, yet only 100m from the beach. 
The house offers an authentic Mediterranean experience surrounded by large enclosed garden with aromatic Mediterranean herbs andOlive trees, has a fantastic pool, sleep up to 10, less than 2 minutes walk to the pebble beach (100m).

It is a great spot for extended families and groups of friends due to space and variety of eating and seating areas. Comprised of two separate floors, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor with private access, works well if you are traveling with grandparents or another family.
Villa Mendula is fully air-conditioned and covered with wireless internet access.
The children's paradise as we call the garden extends to 600 m2 various levels of the property. 
However, the highlight of the garden is a beautiful swimming pool (32m2) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system.
Plenty of space for sunbathing covered with a natural stone offers a lot of inviting sitting areas. The sun loungers (10 pcs), extra tables (4 pcs) and sunshades (4 pcs) invite each of the villa guests to identify their perfect spot to relax.

Villa Mendula is set in peaceful village Okrug Gornji (Ciovo island).  It is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Croatian cities (Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir, Split, Omis), Croatian islands, national parksand ancient attractions.Okrug Gornji village has several restaurants with rich choice of local specialties, a butcher, a bakery, several supermarkets, a post office, money exchange office and ATM and small food market convenient for daily shopping.Everything is within walking distance, so no car is needed.
Excellent boutiques, food markets, numerous restaurants, ice cream shops and enchanting churches, towers and fortress inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage List can be found in neighboring Trogir town.
Close by the Villa there is a diving center, you can play tennis, basketball, soccer or parasailing on the beach and many more.
