Villa Majoli is a beautiful holiday home completed in 2011, located just outside the picturesque and unspoiled village of Kanfanar in central Istria. The stone-built villa fits six guests and has been constructed with great attention to detail in original Istrian style. Villa Majoli is set within 2.000 m2 of private land surrounded by stone walls. The area is scattered with farms and vineyards, while the estate is in a private setting. The stone wall surrounding the property, encloses the main house and guest house which has a bedroom with private bath. The buildings are located just a few meters from each other and connect via a stone path. The home has an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area that leads out to open and covered terraces. On the second floor you’ll find two bedrooms, both with en-suite baths. 

The villa is a great option for families with children as there is plenty to keep anyone’s taste busy – there is a tennis table, 2 child quad bikes, kid’s playground and table soccer.

Charming detail: The large sun terrace is ideal for relaxing in the comfy loungers or jumping in the pool.
