A wonderful luxury property surrounded by natural beauty makes Villa Gianno an ideal home for a true and relaxing vacation. Contemporary and stylish, this newly built villa had a spacious open plan layout throughout the exterior and interior.
The comfortable living- and dining area has floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that give direct access to the pool and outside dining area, where you are welcome to make use of the BBQ. If you'd rather relax indoor, the Jacuzzi and indoor sauna is at your disposal.
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms – 2 on each floor. Each room has a private bath. You’ll also find a flat screen TV in each of the rooms.
Villa Gianno is located 20 km from the beach and close to Visnjan. The nearby and well-known Višnjan Observatory has discovered more than 1500 asteroids and two comets. Thanks to its numerous explorations, the town is considered as one of the world’s most productive solar-system-mapping research centers.
Charming detail: The villa is a great option for families with children as there is plenty to keep anyone’s taste busy – there is a tennis table, bicycles, badminton, mini football courts, as well as a kid’s playground.
