Enjoy your holiday in exclusive Villa Evelyn, a unique villa in southern Istrian fisherman town Fazana with an amazing view on the Mediterranean sea and National park Brijuni. Built in 2015, Villa Evelyn is enclosed in complete privacy, located on an area of 7000 m2. It has a swimming pool (45 m2), a children's pool, children's playground, bikes, table tennis, and dartboard.
The Villa is equipped with TV (Android system), satellite, free WiFi, A/C cooling and floor heating, a separated house for barbequing, and a large enclosed parking area. In 2015 Villa Evelyn won the Tourist Board's award for the most beautiful infield of the municipality of Fažana. Also, the extra virgin olive oil made of the estate's olives has won the City of Vodnjan's gold medal for quality, Vodnjan being the center of olive growing in Croatia. The olive oil is available for purchase directly on the property.
Fazana is a 2000 years old fishing village located in front of the National park Brijuni islands and just 10 km from Pula, the main Istrian town. Fažana dates from the Roman times when its name was Vasanium and was well-known for manufacturing amphorae, vases and tiles.
Today, Fažana is a modern municipality with a beautiful promenade along the coast, excellent restaurants along the sea, numerous olives, lush pine forests and of course - perfect sunsets.
Charming detail: A pebbly beach is just 750 m away from the Villa. If you want to visit one of the most amazing Adriatic pearls - the Brijuni islands, they are just a 10-minute boat ride from Fazana.
