About the property
Villa Cipresso is part of a four-villa resort village. The Prascari villas are Villa Cipresso, Villa Castagna, Villa Catalpa and Villa Moro. All but Villa Moro have their own private pool.
The most distinctive and detached Villa Cipresso is set amidst lush greenery and flowers so that you can spend your time outside on the terrace, relaxing and enjoying yourself on the balconies or sunbeds by the large pool.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining room with a kitchen and special home cinema room, which, if necessary can be turned into an additional bedroom. Upstairs there are 4 spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms (2 of them with modernly equipped en-suite bathrooms and the other two share a bathroom).
Each piece of furniture and decoration detail has been carefully chosen, using natural materials and modern, artfully balanced colors giving the villa an air of elegance and refinement.
Wherever you are seated or whatever view you may choose, there will always be an image of a pleasant and unforgettable holiday in Istria, the sweet smell of Mediterranean plants and view of the sun-soaked meadows.
Charming detail: The grounds and gardens surrounding the Prascari villas have been generously decorated with plants and flowers of the Mediterranean, like lavender, chamomile, and olive trees. During our visit to the estate, we enjoyed the truly calming atmosphere all around. For example, there was a lovely view of butterflies thriving in the nature surrounding the estate. Guests are also welcome to pick and enjoy the vegetables from the organic garden.
